MAGISTERIAL.
TIMAEU—THIS DAY. (Before E. G. Stericker, and H. Eennab, Esq.) Charles Ruscoe, a lad of 15, was charged with stealing sundry articles to the value of £1 7s, tlm property of William Gordon, at Timaru, on Nov 9. The same accused was further charged with stealing from a tent at Waimate on October 23, certain wearing apparel of the value of £4, the property of George Henderson, He admitted bis guilt, and was committed to gaol for six weeks with hard labour on each charge—the sentences to be cumulative.
