INVERCARGILL RACES. Inveecaegill, April 12. The Autumn Meeting of the Invercargill Eacing Club opened to-day on the new course on the Park reserve. The course was rather heavy, owing to last night’s rain. There was a large attendance, but the programme did not open till two o’clock. maiden plate. Dandy 1 There were four entries, Fidget being scratched. Commeecial Handicap,' of 20 sovs, \\ miles. Pathfinder 1 Atlantic 2 There were three entries. Time—3min. 46secs.
