(Jn Monday next the Timard U. C, Club meet a combined team selected from all other Clubs in South Canterbury, or. the T. U. C. Club’s ground, commencing at II a.m. Considering that the combined clubs can send a very good eleven into the field, it is anticipated that the Timaru Club have been rather venturesome in sending. a challenge. However, this has been done, and a decision will be arrived at as above stated. We are unable to get the names of the combination, but believe such good players as Secretan, P. Jones, A. W.
