PERSONALS.
Messrs J. McEnnis, chairman No. 1 District Highway Council, and A. Tindall, engineer to the Main High ways Board, Wellington, were in Waikworth last 'ihursday. Sergt. Major Fletcher, of the Defence Department, was a guest at Bridge House last week. Mr and Mrs Sam. Babe, of Whanga 1 rei, have returned home after spending a week in Warkwoith as the guests of Mrs F. Kasper.
