A MILD DESCRIPTION.
Ifc was the evening of Gurtahern fair day, when two farmers, who had apparently been celebrating a good day's business, wandered down the village street.
"See here, Denis," remarked one to his companion, "we'll go down till Donnelly's fur a taste ov good stuff. T'het we got in Maguire's wus bad."
Denis: "Tut ,tut, Harry I what's on yez at all. Don't sey my ov ids bad. Oi grant yez there be betther an' worse, bud besowl thet's sthrong enuff languige till use."
