RUSSIAN TRADE CONTRACTS

Received Jane 35, 9 a.m Ottawa, Jane 23' Two representatives of the Russian Soviet Barean spent a fortnight in Canada seeking to place orders for the Russian Government with manufacturers. ;It is stated that they placed a contract for a million sterling worth of railway rolling stock. The Canadian Government will not restrict exports to Russia, but accepts no responsibility.
