Received March 20, noon Warsaw, March 21 Heavy Bolshevist counter-attacks on the Polish front are failing. Captured Red officers describe the fighting as a prelude to a' general offensive on the South*front with a view to taking Mozyr, Rovno and Proskurov. The Reds’ available forces do not exceed 50,000. Allied military experts are confident that the Poles are not endangered, and the chances of the Reds reaching Galicia are very small.
