N.'s.W. BUDGET. In the Assembly the Budget was delivered. It shows a surplus for the year of £318,521. It is estimated tnafc the current year will show a surplus of £50,956. PROVISION AGAINST "GO SLOW.". Adelaide, Oct. 80. The Assembly is debating the Industrial Code, cabled on Septenaber 17th, which provides for inclusion of public servants receiving less than £SOO 3'early, and empowers the Court to fix the quantity of work to be done for a given wage.
