Acraham and Williams, Ltl,, report-At Palmerston ,on Kith we had a "good yarding of heth sheep and cattle. There was a good inquiry for ‘Jsheep. Practically the whole ; changed hands at following prices Sheep: Fat ewes £2 4s Id to £2 11s 3d, fat and forward empty ewes 31a to 33s 4d, ewes and lambs £2 Is to £2 3s 6d, woolly hoggets 25s 8d to 355. Cattle. At our Feilding Cattle Fair on the 17th :‘our yarding amounted to 1008 head, comprising some nice lines of bullocks and a few pens of good young cattle, but the bulk of the yarding were of inferior quality and prices suffered accordingly.
