A DISPUTED WILL

Per Press Association, Wellington, Jone 20. An involved case arising out of the will of Patrick Bourke, late of Whenuakura, farmer, was com menced at the Supreme Court to--day. The testator specifically devised to five surviving sons thereality in his estate in equal shares, it being provided that sous receiving lauds of greater value should pay tothose receiving lauds of lesser value sums by way of equality of partition. The two elder sons desired’ a special valuation obtained by the Valuer-General to be adhered to on the ground that the Public Trustee 1 had in terms of the will adopted that valuation, while the three younger sous insisted upon valuations made by independent valuers being the basis of disribution. The case is not concluded.
