4 Loan and Mercantile Co., reports. At our Palmerston North sale on Thursday we had a moderate yardng of both sheep and cattle. Prices were on a par with recent sales. We quote:—2th wethers, 31s 9d to 325; bf. wethers, 34s 6d; empty forward cows, £3 10s to &4; 3 year emply heifers, £4 J6s to £5 9s.
