The Socialist newspaper Yolkhrecht states that there is widespread war-weariness in Germany, and at the front. The Forty-first, FortyThird and Forty-eighth East Prussian regiments refuse to obey orders to attack, and were mercilessly shot down, includiug_,tho officers.
