FEAR OF AIR REPRISALS.

TROUBLE IN RHINE TOWNS. London, Feb. 11. It is reported from Geneva that the residents of the German towns, especially near the French [frontier, are increasingly fearful of aerial reprisals. The whole south-west of Germany is in a state of alarm. The burgomasters of the chief Rhine towns have vsiited Berlin., and urged the Government to Come to an arrangement with the allies. The Government’s reply was unsatisfactory, and the burgomasters returned home.
