AUSTRO-ROUMANIAN PEACE MEETING.
A STORMY COMMENCEMENT. GZERNIN TRIES THE HIGH HAND. Paris, Feh. 27. The Petit Parisien states the first meeting of Count Ozernin and Dr Kuhlmaun with General Averescu (Roumania) stormy, Gzerniu adopted an aggressive attitude, reviving the personal business regarding the Roumanians. The meeting broke up without any tangible results.
