TH£ USE OF POISON GAB. A RUMOUR DENIED. London, Feh. 25. Mr Bonnr Law, in the House of Commons, denied that Germany had officially suggested giving up poison gas. He added that such a suggestion might he regarded merely as a blind. THE GERMAN IN AMERICA. A MILLIONAIRE ARRESTED. Renter. ..New York, Feb. 25. It is stated that he conspired to corner all the wool in America for Germany iand that ho holds £(500,000 worth of wool stored at Washington, REVELATIONS FROM WASHINGTON. " Washington, Feb. 25. The authorities have issued a statement, showing that the former editor of the newspaper Tne Gaelic American, directed an attempted shipment of German supplies to tiro Sinn Feiners prior to Casement’s arrest. Secret service agents seized a letter and advised the British, who were thereby able to capture a ship hound for Ireland. The authorities have also published a German letter which was circulated in the Spanish army urging the closer relationship of the Spanish and German armies, and endeavouring to prevent the Spanish merchants from supplying the American forces in France.
