■ —■ —® | A very pleasant time was spout hy the members of the Marton and Cosmopolitan Clubs at billi .rds and snooker last evening. Messrs F. Hatherly, VV. Higgins, H. F. Butler and H. McKenzie were successful in winning their billiard games for the Marton Club, and Messrs R. Buckioll and ,1. G. Blackwell for the Cosmopolitan Club. Messrs F. J. Cliristensen, A. H. Bill and N. D. Anderson (Marton) and Messrs O. E. Gibbous, W. Hassall and F. Stanbury (Cosmopolitan) were successful in their snooker games. Marton thus won on the aggregate by 7 games to 5.
