CIVIL WAR IN FINLAND.
A DICTATOR APPOINTED.
ROUMANIA DESIRES SEPARATE PEACE.

The Daily Chronicle’s correspondent at Stockholm reports that civil war is in progress in Finland. The Rod Guards organised a revolution, which overthrew tire existing Government. A Diet has been established under a' proletariat dictator with the assistance of the Bolshevik Government.
a great fight is proceeding at Viborg with much bloodshed. Tho Red Guards occupied the railway station at Helsingfors and cut the telegraph cables. All the foreign consuls have left the town.
Haparanda messages state that negotiations are proceeding between Roumania and the Central Powers for a separate peace on condition that Roumania gives Bulgaria tho Dobrndja and gets Bessarabia instead.
