Herr Seidler has withdrawn his resignation. Czernin and Kuhlmanu have arrived at Brest Litovsk

Trotsky, addressing the Soviet at P'etrograd, said he doubted whether the negotiations would have any result, as the Central Powers’ delegates represented only the capitalistic interest. The Russian delegates have decided to stick to their points.
