It is reported that several Swedes have been murdered. The whole of Eastern Finland is in tiie Red Guard’s possession and reinforcements arc arriving with orders to support tho proletariat against tho upper clisses. The Roumanian Legation at Pet-, rograd received twelve hours’ notice to quit Russia.

The Bolsheviks assert that tho Ukrainian Government has resigned. The Bolsheviks with the left section of tho Socialists have formed an administration and recalled tho Rada’s representatives from Brest Litovsk. replacing them with Bolsheviks.
