CZERNIN’S REVIEW. Amsterdam, Jau. 27. Count Czornin informed u Austrian delegation that the text ot his speech had been forwarded to President Wilson before delivery. He refused to discuss with the delegation Germany’s internal affairs, but fr u.kiy referred to the difference between the Austrian rud the Gorman war aims. Germany, ho said, possessed extensive colonies which she had to fight to get hack. Therefore Germany would not consent to abandon the occupied territories in Europe without guarantees for the restitution of her colonics.
Austria, he pointed out, was differently situated, as she was standing everywhere on enemy territory except in 8.. stern Galicia.
