HUNGARIAN POLITICAL CHANGES.
ONE DF ITS AMBITIONS GRATIFIED, TO HAVE A SEPARATE ARMY. London, Jan 27. A new Hungarian Cabinet, has been formed with Wokerlo as Premier. A Budapest telegram states that the King has sanctioned the new Government’s programme, comprising the forma ton of a national Hungarian army. A now Austro-Hungarian- commercial treaty is being drawn up.
