MR HUGHES 'OUTLINES HIS PROGRAMME.
United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Melbourne, Jen. 25. In the House of Representatives, Mr W. M. Hughes in outlining the Government's programme, said it ■was proposed to consider the whole question of industrial legislation. The Government, ho said, would guarantee Is per bushel to the producer for next harvest’s wheat, which the Wheat Board has so far been unable to*.sell. It w r as also proposed to raise a £40,000,000 loan.
