LABOUR AND THE WAR.
HENDERSON'S CIRCULAR. AIMS SET OUT. Reuter. London, Jan. 22. Mr Arthur Henderson, M.P., lias circularised the Labour delegates at Nottingham, setting forth the war aims on which British Labour in his view, should insist, if it is to supply the Government with the half million or more men, now demanded. These aims, the circular saj's, include the repudiation of annexations and indemnities, post war trade boycotts, and any sort of miltarism, in the settlement, but demands reparation for the wrongs of nations and individuals.
Labour, it says, stands to-day, as always, for absolute freedom and integrity of Belgium,- Serbia, 51 ontenegro, and Eoumauia and for the establishment of a league of nations and international disarmament.
