Despatches from London state that Lord Northcliffo, after an audience with the King, made a statement that the King was impressed with the energy and brightness of the American mission and sppreciates the world importance of American .intervention. The King is absolutely confident of complete victory. Tim New York World’s editorial describes Lord Northcliffo and Mr Roosevelt as War N iggers. It says that despite Lord ' Northcliffe’s criticism of Britain's achievements during the war, they have not boon equalled in the history of the race.
