Mr B. Newman, Reform candidate, addressed a crowded meeting at Newbury last evening and received an . attentive hearing. Mr P. A. McHardy occupied‘the chair. At the termination of the meeting the candidate received a hearty vote of thanks, and confidence in the Reform Party.
