The Premier, in the Chamber, in xepU to a question concerning an Anglo-German agreement, and its sphere of influence in regard to Portuguese colonies, said Portugal was ready to open the colonies to all good enterprise, but Portugal alone had power to fix the spheres of foreign enterprise.
