The Times states that the Midland Company’s directors mismanaged the Richardson case, which will be re-tried. OBJECTION TO NON-UNIONISTS Received March 7, 11 a.m. London, March 6. Rhymuey and Rhondda colliers are tendering a month’s notice in April to strike against nonunionists. It involves 53,000 men. PERTH TRANSPORTERS. Perth, March 7. The transport strike is cauisng serious inconvenience. There have been several street disturbances. One man was [arrested and another was taken to the hospital. The men demand a compulsory conference, and thatj all the strikers be reinstated. The masters declined. The Labour Federation has been advised of the'resumption. Cabinet resolved to put in action the provision in the Arbitration Act against strikers.
