GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE.

The German Navy League, in its New Year manifesto, appeals to Germany not to be diverted from naval expansion by any consideration what over. It makes special reference to English Statesmen’s and Admirals' ape;.dies against Germany, also to “the soothing siren song intended to allure German steersmen from their course. ”
Adverting to the rumours of a reconciliation agreement, the Manifesto declares that it is the duty of every patriot to suppress all endeavours that ; foreign countries would interpret as weakness.
