BREACH OF PROMISE.
An Injured Male. Per Press Association. Pal.'.ikiiston N., Juno 17. At the Supreme Court Frederick Thomson, bootmaker, Feildiug, was awarded £2O damages and costs on the lowest scale against Freda 0. Mo Garry nee Parsons, of Eketshuua, for breach of promise of marriage. Plaintiff claimed £3OO and received net lo.ss on furniture purchased in anticipation of the marriage.
