THE PAPAKAIO MURDER.
Per Press Association. Wellington, April 26. In giving judgment in the Appeal Court in the Findlay case the Court said: The importance of the case consisted in the fact that prisoner was convicted upon an indictment of burglary, and necessarily meant that though by his acquittal of tho charge of murder he had escaped the punishment of murder, he Was the murderer of Eennio. The case presented to the jury was much stronger than the case presented on the charge of murder, there being additional evidence in three important respects. . . None of that material was before tho jury which tried the murder case.
