THE THAW CASE.
Press Association —Copyright,
New York, April 13,
In connection with the Thaw trial seven of the jury favoured returning a verdict of murder in the first degree and five were for acquittal on tho ground of insanity.

London, April 13. Tho Times remarks that the trial reveals facts explaining tho strong animosity that exists towards a certain class of millionaires who, knowing nothing of the duties of wealth or the graces often coming in its train, end by seeking escape from sheer boredom in unrefined excitement.
