Men's doubles tournament, 40 up; for two pairs tennis balls presented by the Tennis Club. —Final: C. Mason and H. Roberts scratch beat H. Reynolds and J. Moffitt 15, 40-36.
Ladies' singles tournament, 25 up; for Mr Perkin's fophy.—Mrs A Landon owes 5 beat Mrs J. Landon owes 3, 25—13; Mrs Moffitt handicap 5 beat Miss Stewart handicap 5, 25—24; Mrs Wright 8 beat Miss Hutching 8, 25-18; Miss Pollock 10 beat Miss Maloney 8, 25—17.
The finals for Mr Roulston's and Mr Perkins' trophies will be played to-morrow (Saturday). Ths club is to hold a social in the Puni schoolroom this (Friday) evening.
