At Tuesday's meeting of the Auckland Presbytery it was decided, at the request of delegates from Pokerio, to divide the Pokeno charge, which is too large for one iiiinister to dal with adequately, it was 3tated that in the western part of the district there were 70 Presbyterian families, and in the rest 59 families. 'lhe delegates suggistfd that the Pev. A. McDo uld should be appointed to the rew charge created, hut it was i xplained by the Kev. K. Somerville that Mr McDonald would probably be in a position t> accept or reject a c-all after the meeting of the General Assembly. i » u
