Smith presided, and a very pleasant evening was spent in song and story. A feature of the evening was the violin solos of Mr T. Harris. In returning thanks, Mr Brown hoped at no distant date to renew acquaintances with all friends who so kindly joined to make the farewell so successful. King) has been off duty suffering from a very severe attack of influenza, and is being relieved by Mr Connell, of the Head Office Staff. Mr King is now making good progress towards recovery.
