The dawdling motorist is often referred to as a greater menace on the road than the speedster. Certainly he brinsg a lot of harsh words from others. One driver has a novel counter to those who may feel disposed to grumble about his slow speed while running in an engine. A notice on the rear window of his car reads: “ Running in. Please overtake.” When asked the origin of this practical notice he said he first saw it-in England, where it is commonly supplied by car-distributing agents. „
