BASES HEARD AT PUTARURU ■ Walter Anderson Waddell appeared ibefore Mr. S. L. Paterson, 1.M., in tho Putaruru Court on ■onday, charged with toeing found Bmnk in Princes Street. Constable H. Cotter stated he had arrested Btfcmdant on Saturday morning. He Has an old offender. A fine of £1 H imposed. Offence ati Railway ■J. A. Downey was charged that at Hitaruru on July 11 he did cast matter in a public place ■ the Putaruru railway station. ■Constable R. Dunn stated that railway authorities had appreHnded this man, and when he finly admitted to the police that he committed 'the offence he was to go and clean up the mess. He Railways Department was hava lot of this sort of trouble, Hted the constable. As defendant cleaned up the mess, he would, of fining him £2, fine him HH an <l 10s costs, stated the MagWrong Side of Road r . L.
