PUTARURU TOWN DISTRICT PROPOSED BY-LAWS. Notice is hereby.given that a Copy of the proposed By-laws for the Town District of Putaruru is open for public inspection at the Town Board Office, Yandle’s Buildings, Main St., Putaruru, any day between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., from the 7th MARCH to the 14th APRIL inclusive. The By-laws as proposed are shortly described as follow : (1) Interpretation, (2) Streets and Traffic, (3) General Regulations, (4) Explosives and Dangerous Goods, (5) Public Buildings, (6) Licensed Carriages, Carts and Drivers, (7) Itinerant Traders, Pedlars 1 and Hawkers, (8) Lodging and Eating Houses, (9) Building Regulations, (10) Sanitation and Public Health, (11) Billiard Rooms. Pursuant to the By-laws Act, 1910, it is the intention of the Putaruru Town Board to adopt the abovementioned By-laws at a Special Meeting to be held on MONDAY, APRIL 11, in the Town Hall, at 7.30 p.m. G. OVERDUE RATES. 11l pursuance of Section 70 of “ The Rating Act, 1925,” notice is hereby given that an aditional charge of ten per centum will be added to all Rates for the current year remaining unpaid after the 21st day of MARCH, 1927. Any Ratepayer who has not received a demand for his Rates should communicate with this Office, as a number of demands posted to the last known addresses have been returned unclaimed.
