Tragedy in Russia.

THREE MEN MURDERED. London, February 10. Another Russian tragedy has just occurred in Eastern Russia. A youth armed with a revolver shot the Governor of Peusa and the AssistantChief of Police dead when leaving a theatre. He then fired at the Manager of the theatre, but missed him, and killed a Policeman, and when being arrested he committed suicide.
