Land For Settlement.
SUCCESSFUL MARLBOROUGH APPLICANTS. Wellington, Last Night. At the ballot for the Olrig Estate, at Hastings, an immense number of applicants attended. Among those who drew sections ate Adeline Hay and Sophia Cudby, both of Seddon, who each secured 300 acres ; George Boyce, jun,, got a block of 821 acres, and David Picard, of Kenepuru, 200 acres. All the luck has not yet left Marlborough.
