Lecture.
Those who wish to spend a real enjoyable evening could not do better than attend Mr Bracken’s lecture in the Atheneum Theatre to-night. Mr Bracken has gained a colonial reputation as a lecturer, and as an elocutionist has few equals, and it is not too much to say he treats his subject in a masterly manner, making it both amusing and instructive. It is seldom the opportunity is afforded in these parts of hearing one oj? Mr Bracken’s ability, and we confidently expect he will be greeted with ajlarge audience. _ --- --
