... . TO THE EDITOR. . . . Sir,—l. take the liberty through your columns of drawing attention to the want of punctuality at public meetings held in Havelock. Those have been from birth brought up to habits of punctuality delays of sometimes more than half an hpur are most annoying. The Town Hall should be lit,.up at any rate a quarter of an hour ' before ,the advertised time for commencing proceedings. At present it is often in utter darkness until after the advertised..."time.
