MEETING OF CREDITORS.
The first meeting of the above in the estate of Messrs Webb and Mogridge, took place in the Court House on Thursday afternoon last at two o’clock. Mr. J. Brown was chosen Chairman, Mr C. H. Webb proposed, and Mr Ward seconded, that Mr F. J. Piesse be trustee. — Carried. The following is a list of the liabilities amounting to £753 18s. lid ;—Gordon and Gotch, £l6B 7s. 7d; F. W. Boynton, £l2B 8s 2d ; A. M’Donald, £3O ; Cameron Laing, and Co., £25 7s 4d ; C. H. C. Webb, £35 7» ; A E, Webb, £l5 Os ; G, A. Roberteon, £29 9s; E. ff. Ward, £l9 12s 3d ; J, B own, £1 18s 6d; C. (.Napier,) £3OO. The assets are set do aa at £5l j. Nothing more cf importance was transacted.
