CABLE NEWS. (own correspondent.) London. Nov. i. The death is announced, at the age of 74, of the Duke of Abercorn, K.G. An enquiry is to be held as to the insanity of the < anadial rebel Riel, now under sentence of death. Cairo, Nov. i. Sir Henry Wolff has arrived here, and been received by the Khedive, who gave assurance that he would warmly support such measures as might be concerted between England and the Sultan for the better regulation of Egyptian affairs.
