The Dominions Secretary, Sir Thomas In-skip, .told the Empire Press conference to-day that the criticism that the Dominions were insufficiently consulted regarding the foreign policy was based' on a misconception. Moreover Ministers gave the press the fullest help, consistent with confidence on -matters still the subject of negotiation. Personally he was happy lo participate in private conferences with Dominion journalists. I think it will toe helpful if we keep contact with each other,” he said. “A well-informed public opinion is the best foundation for good Government.”
