NEW SHIPS ORDERED (Reed. Mar.- 30, 12 noon) LONDON, Mar. 29. As a first fruit of the Government’s shipping proposals the Newcastle shipowner, Sir Arthur Sutherland, has ordered two steamers of 9000 tons each.
