GOLD CUP POLO TRIALS
NORTHERN TEAM CHOSEN T. CADDUM. SELECTED (Per Press Association.) FEILDING, this day. In anticipation of a visit of an Australian polo team to New Zealand next year to contest the Australasian Gold Cup at the New Zealand Polo Association’s tournament to be held at Feilding again, the selectors have announced the following team to represent the southern part of the North Island: K. Duncan (Rangitikei), T. (Gaddum (Poverty Bay), R. McKenzie (Hawke’s Bay), I. Parsons (Rangitikei). The fifth man is J. McKenzie (Hawke’s Bay). Another team has yet to be selected from "Waikato with possibly a third from the remaining top players.
