STORY OF AN ASSAULT DAUGHTER OF RUBINI (Reed. March 27, 9 a.m.) LOS ANGELES, March 2G. Diane Rubini, aged 22, the daughter of Jan Rubini by his first marriage, has filed a suit for £SOOO against Rubini and his former wife. Adele. Diane alleges that' when she visited Rubini’s home seeking an alimony cheque for her mother Adele jumped upon her and struck her on the face and body. Rubini then closed the door, it is alleged, preventing her escape and struck her down. The claim includes £3O for medical fees.
