EXPELLED FROM SINKIANG
BRITISH INDIAN TRADERS INFLUENCE OF RUSSIA (Reed. March 25, 2 p.m.) LONDON, March 24. The Shanghai correspondent of The Times states that a Russianinspired agitation to expel British interest from southern Sinkiang resulted in edicts in Khotan and Yarkand ordering .British Indian traders to .surrender goods and depart within a week. Agitators boycotted the British con-sulate-general at Kashgar, assaulted the Chinese servants and molested couriers.
