SURRENDER EXPECTED
FUTURE OF MADRID REPORTED AGREEMENT , ONE POINT OUTSTANDING (Klee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Mar. 25, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 24. A Rome report states that messages from Burgos claim that Madrid will surrender to-morrow. Bordeaux reports state that the Nationalists and Republicans have readied an agreement except regarding the request for refuge for Republican Government officials, which is still being discussed. The Republicans are reported to have not guaranteed to surrender areas apart from Madrid.
