LONDON JUBILEE

QUEEN MARY ATTENDS (British Official Wirulesa.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Mar. 21. Queen Mary and the Princess Royal to-day attended the jubilee meeting of the London County Council. Queen Mary later declared open the jubilee exhibition in the County Hall, which had been planned to illustrate the growth of local government in London over the past 50 years. The Queen was welcomed by the first woman chairman of the London County Council, Mrs. E. M. Lowe, who took office a week ago.
